Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders containing liquids, finishes, epoxy resin or lithium batteries may require additional handling time due to carrier regulations.
Festool orders can take up to 20 business days to ship. We do our best to have most items in stock, but due to the large catalogue we commonly special-order items in to fill customer orders. Unfortunately Shopify does not offer an option to distinguish an item as special order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using reputable carriers selected based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
High-Value Orders
Orders with a value over $1,000 may require signature confirmation upon delivery and additional verification prior to shipment.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer.
Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. Replacement of lost packages may be considered at our discretion after a carrier investigation. Stolen packages are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not refundable and may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Restrictions (Liquids & Resins, Lithium batteries)
Certain finishes, epoxies, liquid products and items containing lithium batteries may ship separately from tools, require ground shipping only, or be subject to carrier restrictions. We do not ship such products to locations where carrier regulations prohibit delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused at delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier are not eligible for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding returns.
