Mineral Oil enhanced with Vitamin E can be used as a cutting board finish or lubricant for knives and food equipment. Walrus Oil is a liquid form and does not solidify under normal conditions, its highly shelf stable and has virtually no scent. If a certain type of wood is prone to soak up oil too easily, some woodworkers will give their work a mineral oil bath before applying our Cutting Board Oil.
